Life is busy and I prefer it that way…for now.

Balancing life's demands can get pretty overwhelming — work, school, family and friends. Everyone deserves time now and again to slow down and take time for themselves. For me, my mind is at ease when my body moves. Lying around just makes me restless.

Living in Delta, I often take walks along the dyke surrounding Boundary Bay, where the Pacific Ocean and the Fraser River meet. This is where I find my calm and the inspiration for the Rivers Reach series — the rich colours of the sunset and moon-rise reflecting on the rippling water's surface.
